The SOULSHINE Free Portrait Project
SOULSHINE Free portrait project was created to help children and families feel seen, valued, and celebrated through photography. Through community partnerships, families receive complimentary professional portraits and framed keepsakes that preserve connection, confidence, and the beauty of childhood. In 2025, SOULSHINE served 84 families and 116 children throughout the Wheeling community, and continues to grow.

I love your in home session, but my house is a mess. Will it show in the photos?
A messy house is a lived in house. I promise you that the mess is beautiful and that you will want to remember what it felt like. Toys, laundry, stacks of shoes....it's all proof that your family was there living and loving every moment togather!
What should I wear?
I always say to wear your FAVORITE or most COMFORTABLE outfit that makes you feel like YOU.
Let the kids pick their outfits! I promise they will be soooo proud.
How far will you travel?
Currently I am only traveling 30 minutes outside of Wheeling, WV. This keeps my schedule very flexible.
Can you recommend any good locations?
YES! I will be asking you questions about your family after we book our session. This will help me pick a perfect location where everyone's personalities can shine!
